This bumper also uses a low profile design that tucks tightly to the body and slopes up directly from the end of the frame. It has CNC cut outs that improve airflow to the radiator as well as raised sides that stiffen the skid plate and prevent debris from entering the engine bay from the sides. Like the main section of this bumper kit, this skid plate is CNC-folded from a single piece of steel. The recovery points are recessed into the bumper and placed as close as possible to the front of each frame rail. This directs pulling forces into the frame and eliminates the leveraging effect that traditional recovery points can put on the bumper and frame due to how far away they are from the frame. The way that our recovery points are situated makes them much stronger than their thickness may suggest.
