It features a bolt-on design, protected winch mount, and one of the best approach angles of any bumper on the market. This bumper allows you to forget about approach angle and substantially improves the offroad capability of your Toyota. It offers excellent protection from rocks, trees and animal strikes and has been kept to a weight of 108lbs (steel version) through careful design work. And unlike many other bumpers on the market, no modification of the vehicle body or frame is required and the vehicle can be easily returned back to stock if desired. The bumper uses a total of 12 factory mounting points to solidly bolt this bumper to your frame. While 12 mounting points is certainly overkill, it ensures that winch and impact forces are evenly distributed into your Tundra's frame. The main section of this bumper is CNC-bent out of a single piece of quality 3/16" P&O Steel (or 1/4" aluminum). This greatly reduces the amount of welding and grinding required by you and makes for a cleaner finished product. If you are paying to have the bumper assembled by a welding shop, this significantly lowers the cost. The recovery points are recessed into the bumper and placed as close as possible to the front of each frame rail. This directs pulling forces into the frame and eliminates the leveraging effect that traditional recovery points can put on the bumper and frame due to how far away they are from the frame. The way that our recovery points are situated makes them much stronger than their thickness may suggest. It features heavy duty 3/16" plate steel or 1/4" aluminum construction, a recessed 2" receiver hitch, and the best departure angle on the market. This bumper provides substantially increased ground clearance and rear end protection over the stock bumper. By cutting the factory bedsides up to the bottom of the tail lights, this bumper replaces the most vulnerable part of the truck's bed with low profile plate side wings that will protect your Tundra from trail obstacles and inattentive drivers alike.

The profile of this bumper has been designed with maximum ground clearance and departure angles put first. The bumper sits as high and tight to the rear of the 1st generation Toyota Tundra (1999-2006) as possible, while the recessed hitch receiver and angled lower faces will smoothly slide over obstacles and ensure you do not get hung up on the trail. These features make a very noticeable difference during deep ditch crossing and steep obstacle climbs where other aftermarket bumpers with bulky rear profiles and protruding hitch receivers will hang up and impede progress on the trail. Simply put, this bumper allows you to forget about departure angle and substantially improves the offroad capability of your Toyota Tundra!

Unlike many aftermarket bumpers that are more or less empty shells with minimal reinforcement, this bumper contains extensive internal ribbing and mounts directly to factory holes in bottom and sides of the Toyota Tundra's frame for unmatched strength and stiffness. The high clearance side wings are linked directly to the frame by stout 2x2" square support tubes - the same tubing that we use for our rock slider support legs! This ensures that you can drag the side wings over the nastiest of obstacles without any worries of body damage. We know that many Toyota Tundra owners want to run oversized tires, which often create interference and rubbing issues with the stock bumper. We have thought ahead and specifically designed these bumper side wings to clear 37" tires.

The main section of this bumper is CNC-bent out of a single piece of 3/16" P&O Steel. If you are paying to have the bumper assembled by a welding shop, this significantly lowers the cost.

We finished this bumper off with optional single and dual swing out carriers, a high clearance hitch receiver, LED pod lights (custom cut outs available by request), and heavy duty 9/16" recovery points that are placed directly in line with the Toyota Tundra frame to eliminate any leveraging effects. These recovery points are formed out of laser cut steel plates that pass through the bumper shell and tie directly into the bumper's main mounting points on the Toyota Tundra frame. The recovery points then get welded to the in and outside of the bumper shell. These factors all combine to form recovery points that minimize stress on your Toyota Tundra's frame and provide reliable recoveries of heavily loaded vehicles in the worst of offroad situations. What could make this bumper even better? The low profile design has resulted in very reasonable weights of 120lbs for the steel bumper and 60lbs for the aluminum version. Considering that this bumper replaces your factory bumper, bedside corners, hitch receiver and associated components, the resulting weight increase to your Toyota Tundra is surprisingly minimal. This reduces added stress on your vehicle, maintains precious payload capacity, and allows you to keep your factory suspension if desired.

The swing out tire carrier comes in either a single or dual sided configuration and is built to accept a tire up to 37" in diameter! Both carriers include mounting brackets for a hilift jack and other recovery items. The heim joints in conjunction with the toggle latch provide tons of adjustability, allowing for easy assembly and guaranteed alignment of the carrier latch. While the sliders themselves are a weld-together kit, absolutely no welding or modification of the actual vehicle is required, other than the optional drilling of 2 extra holes that are provided for heavy offroad use. We specifically designed these sliders to be a modification-free installation so they can be removed from the vehicle without leaving a trace that they were ever there. However, don't think for a second that this means the sliders aren't built for heavy offroad hits. These sliders bolt directly to your Toyota Tundra's frame using L-shaped 1/4" thick steel mounting plates that wrap around the outer and bottom walls of the truck's main frame rail. We finish these off with heavy gauge square tubing inner legs and the largest reinforcing gussets that we could fit under there.

These aren’t your average round tube sliders. The inner rails and mounting legs are made from 2×2″ heavy wall square tubing and finished with large 1/4″ thick CNC-cut and bent frame mounting plates and gussets that ensure these sliders will stand up to the harshest abuse you can throw at them. We bend the frame mounting brackets in-house, with each bracket custom tailored to the 1st Generation Tundra’s frame profile at each mounting point. This allows us to mount these sliders to the truck using factory holes in the Tundra’s frame. No frame welding or modification is required other than the optional drilling of 2 extra holes that are provided for heavy offroad use. Our L-shaped frame mounting brackets wrap around the outer and bottom faces of the frame, and then we run bolts through the walls of the frame and into the supplied nut plates that get secured on the backside. This means that in order for these rock sliders to fail, you would have to simultaneously snap the heads off the bolts and deform the 1/4″ thick steel brackets enough to lift away from your frame! You can rest assured that these sliders will hold up to whatever trail hits you can throw at them.

This mounting design also ensures that those big trail impacts will get spread out over a large area of your truck’s frame. Some sliders use skimpy round tubing mounting legs that mount directly to the side of the thin factory frame rails. These can dent the frame rails over time and even punch right through the vehicle’s frame under hard hits. With this kit, the provided frame plates spread impact loads evenly over your frame rails. The massive CNC cut gussets bridge the angle between the mounting legs and mounting plates (the highest stress areas in the entire slider) and create super stiff sliders that will not bend or flex excessively under the most extreme conditions! As a nice finishing touch, the ends of the square main rails are tapered at a 45 degree angle to ensure that they will not become battering rams if faced with a rock or stump.

These sliders come in pieces that are pre-bent and pre-cut. Simply line them up as per the provided assembly directions and diagrams, weld them together, and install them on your truck. To make it even easier, the kits ship with clear and detailed step by step directions that are accompanied by CAD diagrams. The 8 (4 per side) mounting legs in this kit ship pre-cut with the perfect angles and lengths so the sliders can be positioned at the perfect angle and distance from the vehicle without any guess work or frustrating angle cuts. The pictured sliders are set at a 10 degree angle to provide great ground clearance and a convenient step to reach your roof rack or truck bed. Just add the paint or coating of your choice and bolt them on. This 3-piece set mounts using almost all factory mounting points (some optional drilling recommended) and provides excellent protection of the radiator, front differential, engine oil pan, steering rack, transmission and transfer case. To maximize ground clearance, we use a front plate that tucks in as close to the frame as possible, providing the best approach angle of any skid plate set on the market. We've added multiple ribs that run the length of the skid set. These features make these skid plates drastically stronger than other skid plates on the market which are simply bent into shape with little to no reinforcements and inadequate mounts. The Tundra and Sequoia are big heavy vehicles. Ensure that your vehicle's expensive drivetrain components are protected from the sheer force of its own weight!

When designing this skid plate set, we set out to strike the optimum balance of protection, ground clearance and weight. While this skid plate set provides total protection of the engine and drivetrain components, it at the same time avoids covering any areas that are unnecessary. This minimizes the size of the low-points that the skid plates create as well as keeps the weight as low as possible. In fact, this entire set weighs 99.4lbs in 3/16″ steel or 34.0lbs in 3/16″ aluminum, which helps preserve your vehicles payload capacity and fuel economy. This is especially noteworthy when you consider the amount of reinforcements we’ve used in the high impact areas of this skid plate set.

Starting at the front edge of the engine skid plate, we mount this plate to the factory crossmembers using 5 mounting points. This ensures impact forces are distributed evenly over your Tundra/Sequoia's frame and gives extra mounting options in case some of your factory mounting points are rusted or otherwise damaged. Moving to the front bottom edge of the engine skid, this is by far the area that sees the hardest and most frequent impacts on the trail. To account for this, we integrated 7 CNC bends that increase strength but more importantly add 1.5" of ground clearance vs. our competitors. Other skid plates take the lowest point on the front end - the front differential - and carry that low point throughout the entire skid plate. Instead, we added extra CNC-bends so that the skid plate slopes upwards 1.5" right in front of the differential. This is the equivalent clearance gain of going up 3" in tire size! And its right at the most critical point for getting up steep trail obstacles and traversing large boulders. At the rear edge of the engine skid plate, we again slope the plate up aggressively right behind the steering rack to gain even more ground clearance. We've sweated every detail and angle on these skid plates so you get the most out of your Tundra/Sequoia. Don't settle for skid plates that hurt ground clearance and reduce the offroad capability of your Toyota!

When it comes to oil and oil filter changes, we've included an oil drainage hole and access to the oil filter so no skid plate removal is required. We achieve this without adding an actual access panel, as we find that these access panels always create weak points in the skid plate and often end up getting deformed by trail impacts anyways. This skid plate set was built with strength as the top priority so you can drive your Tundra/Sequoia through the toughest trails with confidence.

For the rear skid plate, we've added a total of 6 bent flanges that span the length between each frame crossmembers. These flanges fit tightly against the frame crossmembers, eliminating any weak points where the skid plate will bend under a hard impact. The fitment and size of these reinforcing flanges make this skid plate extremely stiff with minimal weight gain over a simple flat skid plate. While 3 of the bolt heads on the bottom of this skid plate are exposed, all of these mounting points use long thru-bolts that thread into nuts placed on the topside of each frame crossmember. This means that any damaged bolt heads can still be easily removed via the nuts on top, which are very well protected and out of harms way. We prefer this solution over bolt protection rings welded to the bottom side of the skid plate like some other skid plate sets use. These protection rings increase the size of the low hang-up points and often end up getting smooshed against the bolt heads anyways in the event of hard trail impacts! It features a bolt-on design, protected winch mount, and the best approach angle of any bumper on the market. This bumper allows you to forget about approach angle and substantially improves the offroad capability of your Tundra! It offers excellent protection from rocks, trees and animal strikes and has been kept to a weight of 114lbs (steel version) through careful design work. And unlike many other bumpers on the market, absolutely no modification of the vehicle body or frame is required and the vehicle can be easily returned back to stock if desired.

The main section of this bumper is CNC-bent out of a single piece of quality 3/16" P&O Steel. This greatly reduces the amount of welding and grinding required by you and makes for a cleaner finished product. If you are paying to have the bumper assembled by a welding shop, this significantly lowers the cost. This bumper provides excellent integration of the factory fog light wiring and parking sensor assemblies. The factory wiring harness is easily removed from the stock bumper and transferred to the Coastal Offroad bumper. This allow you to wire in our LED driving lights and your factory parking sensors right into the Coastal Offroad bumper using the factory wiring harness and thus maintaining all of the factory switches on your steering column. The rear bumper is bulky yet flimsy - it will crumple from even a light hit offroad, it protrudes several inches rearwards away from the tailgate, and the hitch receiver hangs way down. These factors give the Tundra a much worse departure angle than it should. However, we feel that many Tundra owners (myself included!) want to achieve these performance gains without needing to cut their truck's bedsides or make any permanent modifications. This bumper provides huge offroad performance gains without needing to cut the truck's bedsides or make any permanent modifications.

When checking what else was available for Tundra offroad rear bumper options, we were shocked to find that nearly every other option keeps the factory hitch receiver in place and simply bolts onto the same mounting points that the flimsy stock bumper uses. These factors make for a bumper that is more ornamental than functional, and gives you absolutely no increase in ground clearance or departure angle. It quickly became clear that we had to provide the Tundra community with a true offroad bumper that does away with the factory hitch receiver and mounts directly to the frame - something with legitimate recovery points and a massive increase in ground clearance. Our solution is the 2nd Gen Tundra High Clearance Rear bumper you see here. For this bumper, we came up with a unique profile that is super slim across the back and then tapers the side wings downwards to flow into the uncut factory bedside. When it comes to steep ditch crossings, hill climbs and the like, this design gives you nearly all the ground clearance benefits of a bedside-cut bumper... without cutting the bedside! With no exaggeration, this bumper will transform the offroad capability of your Tundra.

Being a fullsize truck, the Tundra's factory hitch receiver is a heavy unit that bolts to the vehicle's frame behind AND in front of the rear leaf spring hangers. To achieve this, we use a our own custom 1/4" steel brackets that wrap around the leaf spring hangers and span over 24" of the Tundra frame's length. In addition, the recessed hitch receiver and angled lower side wing faces will smoothly slide over obstacles and ensure you do not get hung up on the trail. These features make a very noticeable difference during deep ditch crossing and steep obstacle climbs where other aftermarket bumpers with bulky rear profiles and protruding hitch receivers will hang up and impede your progress on the trail. Simply put, this bumper allows you to forget about the departure angle of your Tundra!

Unlike many aftermarket bumpers that are more or less empty shells with minimal reinforcement, this bumper is fully boxed in on the backside and contains extensive internal gusseting. This center section has slots and tabs cut into it that then lock into all of the surrounding plates. This makes for foolproof fitment of each part as they will only fit together in one possible way. This greatly reduces the amount of welding and grinding time required by you and makes for a cleaner finished product. If you are paying to have the bumper assembled by a welding shop, this significantly lowers the cost.

Another unique yet highly functional feature of this bumper is the integrated tie-down point we've added inside each side wing. Slide-in campers are great for going offroad, but they often require you to run vulnerable tie down bars which hang way below your vehicle and can easily get bent or damaged while offroad. With this rear bumper, we've placed a camper tie down point inside each side wing, giving you all the vehicle protection of a dedicated offroad bumper while also keeping your tie down point out of harms way. This also saves you the cost and hassle of purchasing stand alone camper tie down bars to fit your Tundra. Our tie down points come in the form of a reinforced section of bumper with a 1/2"-13 nut welded inside. These recovery points are formed out of laser cut steel plates that pass through the CNC-cut slots in the bumper center section and tie directly into the bumper's main mounting points on the Tundra frame. The recovery points then get welded to the in and outside of the bumper center section. These factors all combine to form recovery points that minimize stress on your Toyota Tundra's frame and provide reliable recoveries of heavily loaded vehicles in the worst of offroad situations. What could make this bumper even better? The low profile design has resulted in a very reasonable weight of 111.4lbs! Considering that this bumper replaces your factory bumper and hitch receiver (136lbs in total!), there is actually a weight savings of 24.6lbs to your Tundra. This reduces added stress on your vehicle, maintains precious payload capacity, and allows you to keep your existing leaf springs if desired.

Considering that this bumper replaces your factory bumper and hitch receiver (136lbs in total!), there is actually a weight savings of 6.8lbs to your Tundra for our steel version and 71.8lbs for our aluminum version. The rear bumper is bulky yet flimsy - it will crumple from even a light hit offroad, it protrudes several inches rearwards away from the tailgate, and the hitch receiver hangs way down. These factors give the Tundra a much worse departure angle than it should.

Instead of taking the easy route and only mounting our bumper to the available mounting points at the rear tip of the frame, we wanted to exceed the mounting strength of the factory hitch by using all the frame mounting points possible. To achieve this, we use a our own custom 1/4" steel brackets that wrap around the leaf spring hangers and span over 24" of the Tundra frame's length. No one else is doing this and its probably overkill. But the Tundra is a seriously tough truck and we wanted an extremely strong and stiff bumper that will not flex or shift during hard impacts or recovery point pulls. This design also relieves stress from your Tundra's frame by distributing those forces over such a large section of the frame.

The profile of this bumper has been designed with maximum ground clearance and departure angles put first. The bumper profile is only 3.25" tall underneath the tailgate and the side wings hug tight to the Tundra's uncut bedside corners.

The main section of this bumper is formed from a single piece of 3/16" steel that we form in-house.

These recovery points are formed out of laser cut steel plates that pass through the CNC-cut slots in the bumper center section and tie directly into the bumper's main mounting points on the Tundra frame. The recovery points then get welded to the in and outside of the bumper center section. These aren't your average round tube sliders. The main rails are made from 2x2" heavy wall square tubing and finished with CNC-formed 1/4" steel mounting brackets and legs that ensure these sliders will stand up to the harshest abuse you can throw at them. We bend the frame mounting brackets in-house, with each bracket custom tailored to the 2nd Gen Tundra frame profile at each mounting point. This allows us to mount these sliders to the truck using all factory holes in the Tundra's frame. No frame drilling, welding or modification required. Our C-shaped frame mounting brackets wrap around the outer, bottom and inner faces of the frame, and then we run bolts through the outer and inner walls of the frame and into nuts that get secured on the backside. This means that in order for these rock slider mounts to fail, you would have to simultaneously snap the heads off the bolts and deform the 1/4" thick steel brackets enough to lift away from your frame! You can rest assured that these sliders will hold up to whatever trail hits you can throw at them.

Besides the aforementioned features, what really makes these rock sliders unique is the rear mounting point, which wraps around the factory leaf spring mount and also provides you with a frame-mounted tie down point for a camper. This rather complicated looking bracket is designed and manufactured in-house to attach to the factory leaf spring bolt and surrounding frame holes to give theses sliders a frame mounting point located right in front of the rear tires. This is in contrast to our competitors' rock sliders, which place all of their frame mounting points under the cab, leaving a huge unsupported length of rock slider under the bed. This unsupported length can flex into your bed under hard hits, damaging your vehicle and negating the reason you installed rock sliders in the first place! The second benefit of our leaf spring mount is the ability to tie down a slide-in camper. Slide-in campers are great for going offroad, but they often require you to run vulnerable tie down bars which hang below your vehicle and can easily get bent or damaged while offroad. With our rock sliders, we've placed a camper tie down point inside the kickout, giving you all the vehicle protection of a dedicated rock slider while also keeping your tie down point out of harms way. This also saves you the cost and hassle of purchasing stand alone camper tie down bars to fit your Tundra.

This mounting design also ensures that those big trail impacts will get spread out over a large area of your truck's frame. Some sliders use skimpy round tubing mounting legs that mount directly to the side of the thin factory frame rails. These can dent the frame rails over time and even punch right through the vehicle's frame under hard hits. With this kit, the provided frame plates spread impact loads evenly over your frame rails. The CNC-formed mounting legs bridge the gap between the mounting legs and mounting plates (the highest stress areas in the entire slider) and create super stiff sliders that will not bend or flex excessively under the most extreme conditions. As a finishing touch, the rear ends of the square main rails are tapered with a very long angled cut to maximize protection and ground clearance where the Tundra bedside dips down lower than the rest of the rock panel.

You can also adjust the angle up or down while assembling the sliders if you wish to have a flatter or more extreme slider angle.

Important Note: You may have noticed that this rock slider kit is a little bit pricier than our rock sliders for other makes and models. Just add the paint of your choice and bolt them on. This 2-piece set mounts using all factory mounting points (no drilling required) and provides excellent protection of the radiator, front differential, engine oil pan, steering rack, transmission and transfer case. To maximize ground clearance, we use a dual angle front plate that tucks in as close to the frame as possible, providing the best approach angle of any skid plate set on the market. We've used a dual-wall construction at the highest impact area as well as multiple ribs that run the length of the skid set.

In fact, this entire set weighs 106lbs in 3/16″ steel or 52lbs in 1/4″ aluminum, which helps preserve your vehicles payload capacity and fuel economy. This is especially noteworthy when you consider the amount of reinforcements we’ve used in the high impact areas of this skid plate set.

Starting at the front edge of the engine skid plate, we mount this plate to the factory crossmember and main frame rails using 6 mounting points. While this is totally overkill, it ensures impact forces are distributed evenly over your Tundra’s frame and gives extra mounting options in case some of your factory mounting points are rusted or otherwise damaged. Moving to the front bottom edge of the engine skid, this is by far the area that sees the hardest and most frequent impacts on the trail. To account for this, we integrated a double-wall reinforcement box that rests against a large surface area of the vehicle’s frame. This makes this area of the skid plate nearly indestructible and will distribute those hard trail impacts over as large of a section of the vehicle’s frame as possible. At the rear edge of the engine skid plate, we use 2 more large thru-bolts and a nut plate to mount it to the front differential crossmember. This skid plate set is also provided with spacers that make it compatible with aftermarket differential drop kits.

The front skid plate does require removal for oil and oil filter changes. However, the provided bolt access holes mean all mounting hardware can be quickly and easily accessed with an impact gun. This makes for such quick removal of the skid plate that we purposely opted not to add additional holes and access panels for oil changes. We find that these access panels always create weak points in the skid plate and often end up getting deformed by trail impacts anyways. This skid plate set was built with strength as the top priority so you can drive your Tundra/Sequoia through the toughest trails with confidence.

For the rear skid plate, we use three large vertical ribs that span the length between the differential and transmission crossmembers. These ribs fit tightly between the frame crossmembers, eliminating any weak points where the skid plate will bend under a hard impact. The fitment and size of these reinforcing ribs makes this skid plate extremely stiff with minimal weight gain over a simple flat skid plate. While the 4 bolt heads on the bottom of this skid plate are exposed, all of these mounting points use long thru-bolts that thread into nuts placed on the topside of each frame crossmember. This skid plate is offset to the passenger side to reduce its footprint under the vehicle, minimizing additional weight and unnecessary ground clearance losses.

• NO WELDING REQUIRED – This skid plate set ships already welded and left as bare, unpainted metal - ready for the color of your choice. For anyone who has tubbed a firewall before, the difference is night and day. Instead of tearing into the cab, relocating wiring, welding new sheet metal, and losing footwell space, this kit places the tires where they should be and eliminates all of that. You will still need to clearance the top and front areas of your fenders and wheel wells – however the firewall and body mount modifications are massively reduced.

Approach angle also sees a massive upgrade. Each kit consists of four 1/4" thick spacers, allowing you to move your bumper forwards in 1/4" increments depending on your tire clearance needs.

We also have made a very thorough article that shows how to install these plates as well as covering every detail required to fit 37" tires on your 2007+ Tundra, Sequoia or Land Cruiser. These small spacers are designed to allow you to run 37" tires without needing to trim the vehicle's outer fenders or remove the inner fender liners.

Bumpstop spacers are spacers that you add between your suspension bumpstops and the vehicle frame. These spacers lower your bumpstops so that your suspension will bottom out sooner. Normally, we are against limiting suspension travel for the sake of reduced tire rub and we even wrote a whole article that is based around clearing big tires throughout the suspension’s entire travel range. HOWEVER, in the case of running 37” tires on the Tundra, we make an exception by adding some tiny bump stop spacers and here is why: With a 37” tire jacked up to full compression using the method given in our article, the tire will not hit the top of the fender but it will be within a couple millimeters of it. But when we are out in the wilderness and encounter a hard suspension bottom-out situation, such as bumping a ledge obstacle to get up it or hitting an unexpectedly big dip on an FSR a little too fast, the suspension will compress (just as we simulated in the shop) plus there will also be flex in the vehicle chassis, body mounts, suspension bushings, etc that will result in the tires compressing a little bit further than what we can replicate in the shop. For this reason, its important to ensure that we give the tires at least an extra ½” of space to account for the additional flex and movement that occurs within the vehicle during a hard bottom out situation. Our solution is to add a 3/16” thick front bumpstop spacer and a ¼” thick rear bumpstop spacer. Due to the relationships between the suspension pivot points, bumpstop locations, and tire location, this will result in a wheel travel reduction of just about ½” which is perfect.

So yes, you will theoretically lose ½” of wheel travel, but this is wheel travel at the very end of the travel range that will only be reached during hard bottom-out situations. If you’d prefer to avoid the bumpstop spacers when running 37" tires, the alternative is to cut and re-seal the vehicle’s outer fenders and remove the inner fender liners altogether. This adds a lot of work to the overall procedure, as well as visible cutting and modifications to the vehicle’s outer fenders that risks premature rusting if not sealed properly. If you are running a long travel kit, this effort is worth it. However, if you are running stock lower control arms with a typical lift or “mid travel” kit, you will not lose any real suspension performance by limiting that last ½” of fender-crunching wheel travel.

Check out our very thorough article that shows how to install these plates as well as covering every detail required to fit 37" tires on your 2007+ Tundra, Sequoia or Land Cruiser. It features a bolt-on design, protected winch mount, and the best approach angle of any bumper on the market. This bumper allows you to forget about approach angle and substantially improves the offroad capability of your Tundra! It offers excellent protection from rocks, trees and animal strikes and has been kept to a weight of 121lbs (steel version) through careful design work.

This allow you to wire in our LED driving lights and your factory parking sensors right into the Coastal Offroad bumper using the factory wiring harness, thus maintaining all of the factory switches on your steering column. When removing the Coastal Offroad bumper from the vehicle, all wiring is then conveniently disconnected all at once via the factory plugs located behind the vehicle grill.

DIY Weld-together kit - This bumper arrives as precision CNC-laser cut and bent pieces that you then weld together (detailed assembly instructions included)

NO Drilling, cutting or welding of the actual vehicle required - this bumper can be installed and removed from your Tundra without a trace that it was ever there.

CNC-bent plates greatly reduces amount of welding and grinding required by you and makes for a cleaner finished product

Power Steering Cooler Relocation Brackets Included (Requires draining PS Fluid. detailed instructions included)

Low profile design is engineered to provide maximum ground clearance and complement the factory body lines - bumper protrudes less than 2" from center of grill

Heavy duty 3/16" plate steel construction for maximum offroad strength and durability

Optional 1/4" 5052 aluminum for a lightweight yet very durable overlanding setup (61lb weight savings)

Bolts directly to frame using 12 factory mounting points - no drilling required

Protected winch mount fits all standard 8000-12,000lb winches with removable solenoids

Reinforced 9/16" thick clevis mounts allow the use of 3/4" D-Rings and pull directly off of the frame for confident recoveries of heavily loaded vehicles

Two integrated LED pod mounts – included slotted mounting tabs give tons of adjustment to fit a variety of lights

Integrated 30" Light bar mount - fits all standard 30" single row light bars and includes adjustable mounts

Optional cut outs to easily swap your factory parking sensors into this new bumper

Integrated license plate mount

Optional heavy duty grill and headlight tubing hoops for added protection.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0957/8659/8684/files/image_1920_e90f3b55-4dd8-4b8b-996b-563f7d4ec879.jpg?v=1783585735
